Hi everybody, I have to insert DNA bands that have length about 200bp into E.coli cells by using TOPO clon kit

After ligation and transformation in to E.coli cells, the liquid were sprayed on LB contained X-gal and ampicilin. All of plates were incubated at 37 degree overnight. White colonies were seleccted for checking DNA by primer M13R and M13F. The PCR products were checked on agar 2%. I found that DNA bands on gel have bout 900bp. I do not know those DNA bands on gel were insert or not. Please let me know. How much length of DNA bands are expected on the gel?
